How and When to Be Your Own Doctor

Sometimes, the best things in life are free.  I found this fascinating public domain book on my friend's website in 2008 and devoured its pages because the title intrigued me.

This book empowered me to save my life during the lowest physical period of my life, when all I had was a friend's bed to sleep upon.

The background is too long to go into here.  After I left the monkhood, my health fell off a cliff because I had been ignoring the symptoms my body was sending me.

But having read this book, I no longer fear any of the common maladies that plague the western world.

I've been able to induce my body to heal from scary situations I was certain I'd need expensive surgery for.  Internal organ damage was healed in 7 days.  Covid was fully eradicated in 24 hours.  A car crash was 90% healed in a week.

Having no money turned out to be a blessing in disguise to force me down this path and learn the how my body is inherently designed to heal itself.  Maybe this book will find you as well.

Salsa Dance classes in Vancouver

Get your heart pounding having fun learning to dance from the friendliest, most committed teachers in British Columbia:  Alberto and Teresa.  They taught me moves that I still remember to this day.

Spa Haven

I never was into the idea of spas until I met the owner of this spa, Brandi Euell, who changed my relationship to skin care.  Highly recommended.

"Vancouver’s luxury spa sanctuary.  They are passionate about clients feeling their very best in their mind and body and aim to bring them peace and confidence through their range of facial and massage services."
