[a different meditation teacher] did a 15 minute mindfulness meditation with us online. I followed his guidance about watching the breath, and found it very difficult. It made me realize that the techniques you have taught me are a lot “stickier” for the mind and have more healing resonance than simply watching the breath.
So I am thankful that you have offered me an alternative to mindfulness meditation, one that I am more likely to be able to practice every day.
