(part I)

Loss...

rejection...

panic!

...is when you confront the value of your mental health.  

You confront the loss of your peace being the most important thing to you.

Pain forces you admit, “I need peace.”  

That’s your cue to lean into the one tool that brings you back to the absolute peace of your soul—meditation.

Yes, being more present, more aware is the last thing that feels good in the painful moment.

On the other hand, numbing out is so easy.  So, so easy.

But!  The soul knows otherwise, promises otherwise.

A peace so deep, so soothing, always there underneath the greatest pain—it’s just one choice away.

And another choice.

And another.

Until the stillness of the soul is present again.

It’s there waiting for you.

Pain happens.

But choose for the peace of your soul.
